Franchise Specialists Inc. accepts a limited number of new franchise development clients based on our professional evaluation of your business and management.

Our Team

William F. Repack, Ph.D., Founder

Dr. Repack offers franchise experience in numerous industries including restaurants, salons, janitorial services, health and fitness, retail, and many others. He holds a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship and has been involved with franchising since 1978.

Diana L. Repack, D.Sc., Vice President of Technology & Communications

Dr. Diana has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and programming and has worked for several major companies. At FSI, she helps out clients select appropriate technologies for their franchise and oversees the development of operations/training manuals and marketing brochures. Diana holds an MBA degree and recently received her Doctorate of Science (D.Sc.) in Information Systems and Communications. Her dissertation was in the area of franchising.

Delores David, Director of Administrative Services

Dee has been with Franchise Specialists, Inc. since 2001. She brings many years of experience to our firm, after working as a judicial secretary for a Court of Common Pleas judge.
